Black Cocktail Dress w/ Cutout sides

Very cute, very versatile black dress with sweetheart neckline & cutout sides. Can be formal / dressy, or perfect for a night out. Can be flirty or more modest with a shawl / something worn over it. Bought it a good while back hoping I would grow into it but it’s still a little loose on me so I’m parting with it. Great condition, like new. Virtually no wear & tear (never even worn outside).
