Black Cocktail Dress with Belt

Everyone needs a LBD! This little black dress is in great condition - no signs of wear. Had great details - ruffles on shoulder, sweetheart neckline (see pic!), belt (can be worn with out without!), visible zipper, and is lined. Purchased from fab’rik a couple years ago. (Shoes are not included)
