Black Cocktail TLENGTH dress

Vintage Gorgeous and elegant black cocktail tea-length dress with rhinestones and sheer netting along the waist and a slit at the Front Bottom of the dress. Absolutely gorgeous. I am the original owner I've had it for a few years but I have gotten nothing but heads turning and compliment. Unfortunately I've gained a few pounds and it no longer fits.
