Black Collared Romper, Satin Liner w/ Puffed Legs & Large Buttons | Forever 21

This romper/jumper has only been worn once and is in excellent condition. The leg openings are puffed, giving the illusion of a skirt, but it’s not. The fabric is sturdy and made of 83% polyester 11% rayon and 6% spandex. The liner is a purple cheetah print.
