Black Cotton Skirt

My neighbor is moving and had a ton of clothes she didn't want to take with her. This skirt is 100% cotton made in India. It has a drawstring waist and laying flat the waist measures 21" across with the drawstring fully undone, and from top to bottom it measures 25" long. It's in excellent condition. Please feel free to ask for additional measurements - Since this doesn't have a size tag in it I'm only guessing it's large because all of the clothes from my neighbor are size L or plus size.
