evangend @kennerroad Thanks for your interest! My apologies. I'm away from home and am unable to get the measurements. My physical measurements are 34" bust and 28" waist, and I would estimate that the waist of the dress, when fully open, is at least twice my waist circumference. Bust is probably ~45", it's comfortably billowy on me. And the hips are free!

evangend @kennerroad Measurements: Bust (armpit to armpit) 26" flat (with some ease, there's a bit of pleating); Waist (across drawstring waistband, fully undone) 27" flat; Upper hip (top of pockets) 32" flat.
