Black Criss Cross Lace Up Ballet Flats Almond Toe

Pair of brand new criss cross lace up flats, black suede, never worn- brand is New Look. The toe is not too pointy which I love, more of an almond toe. Ordered size 8.5 online from ASOS but size on the sole says a 7 / 40.. I think it's foreign sizing? These flats fit very large!! Will fit a 9-9.5 easily! Super cute but I missed the return window and sadly don't fit me :(
