Black Cut Out Lace Up Buckle Heeled Boots

These were purchased from IHeartRaves and were only worn at a music festival. They are a shiny black color with a fake snakeskin print and have a heel about 2.5-3 inches. The laces and buckles are adjustable to fit the foot. If wearing on a night out, just be sure to wear cotton pads or soft held behind the heel because after hours pass, it may get too heavy.
