Black Cut-Out Dress | Worn Once

Black cut-out formal black dress, zipper back, perfect condition, straps altered/taken in but can easily be removed if you need them to be longer (hand-sewn so not a permanent alteration) just cut the thread and the straps will be the original length again if desired (I thought they seemed extra long but also was a smaller size at the time)
