Black Ditsy Floral Double Ruched Long Sleeve Dress

This is brand new..I just received this order in the mail, tried it on, realized it did not fit so I have it folded back up to return. Shipping back to the UK is very expensive for a refund with Pretty Little Thing so thought I’d try here first. Super super cute and I’m so sad it doesn’t fit!! It’s a “tall” but I think would fit most women over 5 foot 6. I’m 5 foot 7 and it hit me at the exact spot it does the model in the picture.
