Black Dress Shirt Size M

I wore this shirt once to a work meeting. It looks nice tucked into a pencil skirt or slacks. It has cute ruffles on the shoulders, pleats on the chest area, and a beautiful bird design on covering the top. It is lightweight but I am unsure of the material. Hung to dry. Size: M
