Bought at Bloomingdales but never worn for a sorority function. Prettier in than in hanger. Has a sheer top part with black on black embroidered print but has a solid black dress underneath that covers bust straight across. A skirt overlay in that same stunning tuille embroidered fabric that is not tight. True to size size 8. Perfect for weddings or holidays. Smart with Pearls etc.
