Black Dress with “Racing Stripes” & Button Detail

This is a black dress with black and white “racing stripe” button detail on both sides. It is a size Large (11-13) according to their standards. It is new with tags. It is 41” from the shoulder seam to the bottom of the dress. There are pictures measuring the bust and hip area attached.
