Black Dressy Tank with Velvet Pooka Dots

Purchased from Ann Taylor Factory and worn once to a funeral. The shirt has a soft, solid black lining with a sheer velvet polkadot overlay. The neck is stretchy and bunched with ruffles, and there are side slits on the sheer top layer. It’s a very nice and classic piece, but I don’t wear much black and haven’t worn it again. Would be great for work or Christmas cocktail parties.
