amber_collis @glitzandbeauty the designer is David's Bridal for this gown! It is beautiful I hate to get rid of it but I don't have anything to wear it for it makes you look super thin because of the cut.

amber_collis @irrizzistible yes it is stretch material so it would have no problem with a waist of 28/29 I am wearing the gown in the picture and I am 5'5
