Black Elle dress

Lovely black dress with scalloped collar detail. Slight pleating in front is very flattering. One of the most versatile dresses I've ever owned! Great for business events, presentations, cocktail parties, weddings. Truly a classic I'm sad to be parting with but it's too small now :(
