Black Embellished Dress

Beautiful black basque detail embellished pencil dress. Perfect dress for cocktail/formal events. Never worn. Would fit someone on the taller side best, but might work as a maxi dress if you're on the shorter side. Size 4. The straps are adjustable. I'm 5'9 for reference. Model in stock photo should be about 5'10/5'11. New with tags.
