Black Embellished Vintage Tank and Matching Skirt

Valerie Steven’s 100% silk vintage black skirt and tank 2 piece set. Valerie Steven’s was a private label made for the Jones Department Stores based in Kansas City then acquired by May Department Stores. Great quality silk outer fabric and fully lined with a nylon fabric. The top is a 6 and skirt is a 4. Skirt has a side zipper, mini waist band and darts to make it form fitting. Tank is loser fitting and all embroidery/embellishment is intact.
