Black Emerald Sundae formal dress

This is a gorgeous black formal dress. It has a mesh cut out directly in the center of the chest. It has a built in bra-top, so no need to worry with those pesky things. There is a split in the left side that cuts off mid thigh. It’s brand-new with the tags still attached, only ever been tried on when purchased and to take photos. Would fit great on someone size 10-12. I am 5’5” and the dress hangs on the ground some. The hem however has never been altered.
