Black Empire Waist Primark Dress S/M

I wore this dress once, but it just doesn’t fit me right. It’s super cute, flowy, and very soft. Armpit to armpit is 18”. Top to bottom is 34”. From a smoke free home. I use recycled packaging when possible. Any questions, please ask.
