Black Evan Picone cocktail dress

The photos can't capture how pretty this dress actually is. The wide embellished built-in belt (see close-up pic) fits the waistline and allows the dress to swish as you walk. The v-cut neckline is modest but classy with the halter neck. The dress is in like new condition.
