Black Express party dress, cut out sides and back

Super cute and sexy evening dress. The sides are bare except for an elastic band that connects the front and back. Giving a peek a boo cut out. The bottom is crimped so the dress slightly poofs out slightly. There is a sewn in liner. It has an oval shaped neckline. It's 100 % polyester shell and the lining is 92% polyester 8% spandex. Machine wash. Straps are 2" thick, side seem length from waist to bottom 14 1/2" long. Worn once like new condition
