Black Eyelet Skirt with White Underlay

Previously owned Black Eyelet Skirt with White Underlay. Zippered in the back with hook closure. I believe this was handmade. It was given to me as a gift and has been one of my favorites for dress or casual. I would consider this a medium size but it doesn't have any tags. This skirt is more fitted at the waist and pleated drop waist. The skirt flairs out in a A- line style.
