Black Felt Rambler Hat Summit Hat with Gold and black braided trim All the measurements I could think of are in pictures, it’s small is all I can recall. I don’t know much about hats even though I’m Texan. There isn’t any elastic in there. I have a “normal” sized head and it’s snug on me but I didn’t take the plastic off so maybe that would help. I also don’t know if you’re suppose to break hats in either as I just got it on a whim. I think it’s a men’s hat but it’s cool looking. It’s basically new.
