Black Fit and Flare Skirt (NWOT)

Cute pleated skirt from Gap. 55% Silk 45% Cotton. 100% Polyester lining. Not stretchy, has a zipper on the side. Size 1 but I think this would be cute as a high waist skirt. The waist sits at the hips for a size 1. Measurement around top is about 28-28 1/2". For height reference I am 5'8". Never worn except to try on!
