Black Flapper Dress, 1920 Fringe Halloween New Years Eve Cocktail Party Women S

This is a vintage, 20s black Flapper dress. It is a mini dress with fringe. It was handmade. There is a zipper in the back of the dress. This is a shift, with a bit of shape in the waist and hips. There is 4" long fringe sewn onto the dress. The fringe goes all around the dress. It was made in the USA of High Quality sewing. The straps were in bad shape when I got it so I cut them off and sewed on new black ribbon for new straps. At the front of each strap I sewed a rhinestone button in the shape of a butterfly. Giving it the look of 2 butterflies landing on the dress. It is a womens size Small. MEASUREMENTS approx. across the back when laying flat: There is no stretch to this fabric. From underarm seam to underarm seam = approx. 17" So a size 33.5 to a 34 bust Waist = approx 13" flat or 26" around Hips = approx 17" flat that fits approx 35 - 38" hips Length from middle of the shoulder strap to the hem = approx 33" I have described it to the best of my ability. It is clean. An outstanding and gorgeous dress to wear for all your Holiday parties. Wear it for New Years Eve, cocktail parties, a Halloween costume . I have added a video of my model spinning the dress around so you can see the fringe. I am not savvy on editing videos. sorry. There are 2 black ribbons that help to hold the dress up on the hanger. You see one of those straps dangling down on the left. It should have been tucked inside and wasn't. It isn't fringe that is longer than the rest, it is a black ribbon.
