ECI New York Black flared at the bottom skirt - smooth from narrow elastic waistband to hips - it has a lacy hem. 60% polyester 33% rayon 2% spandex Lining Back 100% polyester - measures 15” w/o stretching side seam to seam when stretched 18” from side seam to seam - hip 29 1/2” from side seam to seam - 21” long from top of skirt to hem. No pulls or flaws.
