It is in great condition; the only flaw is that a couple beads are missing on one of the straps as seen in the photo, but being a black dress, this is hardly visible. what is the waist measurement?

It's stretchy so can fit a wide range of waists, but I can get the measurements in a little while.

It's approx. 31" with no stretching and 38" with mild stretching, so I'm thinking it would be great for any waist between 22" and 45".
