Black Floral Blouse

This top is ready for those who prefer to wear black in the summer but stay cool in the heat. The artistic floral print in purple, turquoise, and lime green is beautiful. Band across the bottom adds style to the fit as well. Not quite sleeveless to cover a bit of the upper arm. In great condition, just some threads loose on left arm.
