Black Floral Circle Skirt

East Coast black Floral circle skirt. The flowers are pink, blue, teal and purple. Definitely gives late 80s early 90s vibes. I love the pattern but unfortunately it's too big for me so I'm hoping to find it a new home. I'm 5'5" and this comes mid calf on me (if you wear it at your waist). No zippers, just a stretchy elastic band on top. There is no size listed but I would say this is an L.
