Black Floral Dress with ruffle detail

This beautiful dress features a tie neckline and fluttery fabric accents under bust and on sleeves. Seem to see him across the back is approximately 17 inches. There are Darts in the front that allow room for bust. Length is 33” from shoulder to hem. I am 5’2” and weigh 163 lbs. I am clearly no model, but thought pics might help
