Black Floral Duster/Jacket - Plus

This is a fun sheer floral patterned duster/jacket. It is collared and buttons all the way down. Hi-low hem and hits below knee/mid-calf. Has a bit of an empire waist. Has ruffle cap sleeves. I liked it over both dresses or tank top/t-shirt and jeans/skits.
