Black Floral Forever 21 Dress

This dress is a scoop neck flared-out mini dress with a black and cream floral pattern. This dress is from Forever 21 and is in the size M. It is brand new but does not have tags. It is very flattering on the body and gives you that hourglass shape. I highly recommend this dress because it’s so cute and can be worn year round!
