Black Flounce Ruffles Long Dress Romantic Feminine Size Small

This sweet dress reminds me of the 1970s when Gunne Sax brand dresses were all the rage. The ruffles fall off your shoulders but I was not able to create that affect on my armless mannequin It has Ruffled collar all the way around, dipping lower in the back. The hem is flounced too. The cap sleeves give it that vintage feel. The dress label reads SMALL. I noticed there is a belt loop under the bust, but i9t did not come with a belt (lost). You can wear it without the belt or use one of your own and style it as you please. Due to lost belt, I am pricing this dress with that consideration. 100% Polyester Hand wash with cold water Do not bleach Hang dry or line dry low iron, if needed.
