Size 4. Fits like a 6. 28" waist, 32"/36" long. Cotton blend. Brand: Phillipe Adec Paris. Great condition. Super pretty jagged hemline skirt (see photos and you’ll see what I mean!) Has small pinholes in fabric that create a dainty floral design (tried to capture in photos as well). Such a fun skirt!
