Black lace detail on neckline and on dress “tiers”. Full-length elasticized sleeves. V-neck cuts down into black lace section with about a half inch gap between fabric down to waistline (the very center is just lace for a small section, no floral fabric under it). Ties attached on sides. Good used condition; no tears.
