@geehoo7 okay new photos have been added with measurements! Bust measures 17.5” from armpit to armpit. This is measured on top of the overlay layer, the underneath layer is stretchy. I measured the hip both on the under layer (which is shorter at about 17” long from waist) which was 20” and the top layer which was 19.5” but it’s so hard to measure these flowy skirts!

The under layer is definitely stretchy. I also added a video to show the elastic waist, which is mostly hidden by the top layer. Hope this helps! 😊
