Classy formal black dress. This is a twist to the simple little black dress. The hi-lo design and the side cutouts are just perfect. Keep it classy with black heels or have some fun and accessories with a statement necklace and a colorful heel. New without tags. Bought for an event, but ended up wearing something else and this beauty has not been able to get out of my closet!
