Black Formal Dress

This is a very nice, VERY formal black dress with a simple silhouette and float, layered sleeves. The sleeves, when worn, open up to just above the elbow with the slit but hang at the wrists when resting. It’s a soft, velvety maturely and a silky inside texture within one layer. The size listed is a 6 and that fits accurately. No damages, not worn but without tags.
