@twijayboutique7 this skirt will fit a waist to about 31” and hip 45”. The waist has an elastic band. The rest of the skirt is not stretchy. It may be a little big in the hip but would fit in your waist. You don’t want it skin tight anyway.

@twijayboutique7 if you’re worried about that fitting, I do sell them on my website but I need exact measurements as they are made to order. It will be more expensive there though as this skirt on here is one that was a mistake in the customers measurements so I had to remake hers.
