Black & Gold Mermaid Gown

My gowns are not pre-owned. They have not been worn. They have not been altered. This gown is in excellent condition. This gorgeous off shoulder gown has gold lace over black netting and lining. It is so flattering! It is tagged a Size 18, but it is about an inch smaller than a size 18, and 2" larger than a size 16! So I have tagged it as a 16 woman's, which measures between a 16 and an 18. Measure carefully: Bust 42" Waist 35" Hips 42.5" The gown has been stored bagged and hanging.
