Black H&M dress size 4

This dress looks amazing on. It's very flattering. Has an elastic waistband with tie. It peplums out a bit on bottom to give you an hour glass shape. Top comes down in a V shape for a little flirt. Size 4. Only worn a few times. No flaws at all. Measurements lying flat: 31" length 12" waist (not pulling elastic band) pulled 15" waist 16" bust
