Black Halo Printed Maxi Dress

Black Halo printed twill maxi dress with padded stitching at bust & smocking at back. Dry cleaned and in an excellent condition. It’s a beautiful dress, perfect for vacation and beach. Length 53” material Rayon. I’m reposhing the dress as it’s a little tight around the chest for me sadly. The straps have beeb altered by the former owner but the stitching can be undone easily.
