Where's the party??? Black Halo is one of my favorite designers. The Black Halo Finley color block sheath is a very sophisticated dress with a v-neck black stretch velvet sleeveless top and sequined pewter skirt with a diamond jacquard pattern. It has a side zipper closure which is concealed. It is a size 6 and NWT.
