Black Halter Neck Homecoming Dress

*Please check measurements below before purchasing, tag says size 7 but runs small* Perfect dress for homecoming or any other special occasion! Crossed style halter neck top and triangle cutout on the front. Material is stretchy and comfortable, but feels good quality. Only worn once. Small section of stitching on the front was torn upon purchase, but was repaired (see pics). A few small snags throughout (see pics).
