Vintage hat with flat black bow accent. Red band has a gold metallic border. Used/ in very good condition. Maker: Marie Louise Cleveland Hats by Marie-Louise Millinery and lots of Lovely Vintage Things This is from a woman who resided in Canton, OH. She purchased many hats in our local area, as well as abroad.
