Black High Low Dress

Black dress with opened front and longer back Size Small Like new! Super cute but unfortunately too big on me, especially the chest area! * the chest area of the dress is big! I don’t know if it’s ripped or if this is how the dress comes. I would recommend using a safety pin on the inside if it’s too large! Please lmk if you have any questions! :)
