Distressed faded black Levi's shorts. New with tags. Never worn. These are a reposh since, as you can see, they are too big for me. Posher stated 29 waist and the tag says 29 waist but these actually plus size and measure 17" accross laying flat with a 10" rise. So I would say they are a size 16. I am a size 28. So bummed they don't fit! Very cute!

Looks they are mislabeled you should have fought and got a refund if you bought this on Posh and they were listed is that way that's not your fault I would definitely look into that I'm in Ambassador so I don't know if you are too but that's misrepresentation of product
