Black High Waisted Wide Leg Cropped Jeans

HIGH-WAISTED cropped jeans - raw hem Black is just slightly faded - this is how they were purchased Worn and washed once in the hope that they would shrink Size is 27, but they are way too big on me which is why i haven't worn them ( to be fair, I typically wear a 26, so they may run true to size. I don't know what size I typically wear in Forever 21 jeans. Rise - 11.5 inches Hem is raw so can be cut if needed, but these are intended to be cropped Waist (flat) - 15 inches Last pics=reference
