Black High-Low Halter-Style Cocktail Dress

Pretty cocktail dress. A sheer overlay has silver glitter swirls all over, and features a hi-lo hem. The lining is solid black and is not hi-lo. The dress ties around the neck as a halter top & also features a black satin waistline that ties around the back. The dress is more fitted on top w/ an empire waist, & then flowing throughout. Worn twice for NYE & a formal in college. Some of the glitter has rubbed off on the back due to normal wear, but otherwise the dress is in great shape.
